Our Policies

At Wet Salon and Studio, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

We require a 24 hour cancellation. Any no show, or cancellations after that are charged half the scheduled appointment price.

Running Late?

 If you show up 15 minutes or more past your appointment start time, we might not be able to give you the complete allotted time. We don’t want to keep any of our other clients waiting unnecessarily.

Need to Cancel?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will charge 50% of the appointment price.

As some of you may know, we have updated our website's scheduling software. This new software requires guests to enter their payment information in order to schedule appointments online. For new clients a deposit will go toward the cost of your service and is refundable if notice is given before 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you’re an established client, we will not charge you at the time of booking, however, If you do not cancel before 24 hours or are a no-show, you will be charged a $50 fee. This will help enforce our long-standing cancellation policy.
