Before You Book

We’re so glad you’re here! Below you’ll find a few important policies designed to help keep things smooth, respectful, and stress-free for everyone. From how we handle cancellations to what happens if you're running late, these guidelines ensure we can provide the best service possible, for you and every guest in our chair.

Running Late?

We totally understand, life happens! That said, if you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time, we may not be able to complete your full service in order to stay on time for our next guest. We value your appointment, and we also want to respect everyone’s time, including yours.

Need to Cancel

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours to go, we will charge 50% of the appointment price.
