Located on the SOCO strip, WET Salon best exemplifies the unique characteristics of Austin, Texas by promoting personal style and individual taste.

Eric Massey (Owner)
With more than 28 years of experience in the salon industry, Eric has worked as a National Platform Artist and Educator receiving awards both locally and nationally. Eric became a member of the American Board of Certified Haircolorists in 1998 and continues to challenge himself with new ideas and techniques. Eric's motto is to treat everyone who sits in his chair like a rockstar... and who wouldn't want that?!

Originally from Los Angeles where he received his formal training to become a hairstylist, Jimmy moved to Austin in 1996. As a hairstylist and musician there just couldn't be a better fit than “The Music Capitol of the World”. Trained as a Color Educator with Schwarzkopf, Jimmy is passionate about his work. Whether it's Eye Catching Blondes, Fiery Redheads or Sophisticated Brunettes, Jimmy loves seeing the dramatic changes even subtle highlights can make.

Ruby's unique style and ability to execute modern, edgy yet classic cuts are her signature. She is very passionate about her work. Whether your hair is short, long or in between, she sees your hair as a canvas and understands that hair has the power to transform the way you feel and behave. As a fine artist, her eye for color is exceptional and her ability to create looks that are on trend and unique to every client is exquisite. Ruby has received extensive training by some of the most reputable leaders in the hair industry including; Bumble & Bumble and Wella Trend Vision in New York as well as Vidal Sassoon in San Francisco. This has only honed her innate ability to turn hair into living art. Ruby is an advanced stylist at Wet Salon and Studio and in her free time, she is either working on a new painting or planning a photo shoot. A true creative!
After beginning her career in Los Angeles and receiving extensive Vidal Sassoon Training, Leslee moved to Austin in 2004. Leslee has continued to develop her education by attending Redken's Ave 5 Academy and the Bumble and Bumble Academy in New York as well as National Hair shows across the U.S. Besides being an expert at mens cuts, Leslee has perfected her precise, graduated bobs and her clients walk out with confidence and many compliments.
Jessica is obsessed with hair. Not just any hair but great hair. As a a member of the American Board Of Certified Haircolorists, it is her ultimate goal to "make the world a more beautiful place through color". Jessica received her training at the Vidal Sassoon Academy in Santa Monica, California. As a former National Haircolor Instructor with both Wella and Sebastian, Hair Cuting, Long Hair Dressing, Color and Color Correction are all art forms she has perfected by studying and assisting with some of the world's greatest stylists.
Tawny has been in the industry since 2001 and joined WET Salon shortly after moving to Austin from California. With a background from Wella's Global Education Academy, Tawny loves using color to enhance classic natural looks or to bring out your inner rockstar. She is an expert at designing a look specific to her clients needs and specializes in a wide range of styles from conservative cuts, edgy designs, fades, asymmetrical bobs, long layers, mohawks, and anything in-between. Tawny loves creating styles for formal events and she also has a passion for creating special-effects makeup.
Mark, a senior stylist with Wet, has been cutting hair for over fifteen years. He’s received continuing education from Bumble & Bumble, Schwarzkopf, Vidal Sassoon, Wella and Kevin Murphy. Mark has a fondness for enhancing natural texture and color, using his artistic touch to flawlessly match eye and skin tones, helping people to work with their hair, not against it.
Before moving to Austin to pursue her creativity in the salon, Anastasiia worked in the Ukraine as a successful artist, sculptor, and designer. She loves creating new fashions, updos and hair designs for different personalities and unique hair textures. She carefully considers how your current hair color will affect your hair today, tomorrow, and on your next visit. Her vision as a hairstylist is to help set your style free and create a look that is suitable to your individuality.
